STEP 1
Trim the end of each stalk using a knife.

In a small bowl, combine sauce ingredients and mix well.

In a wok or large nonstick skillet set on medium heat, add avocado oil or neutral tasting oil. Once the oil is hot, add minced garlic and fry for 10 seconds until fragrant.

Add Chinese broccoli and stir fry for 2 minutes with garlic.

STEP 5
Pour in sauce and mix with greens. Cover with a lid and cook for 5-7 minutes or until the thick stalks are fork tender.

Sauce_ 1Ts Oyster sauce, 1Ts Sesame oil, 2ts Soy sauce, 2 ts Dry sherry wine, 1/2 ts sugar
